Testimonials
Once upon a time in November 2024, I innocently joined Ning’s mat class… did two sessions… and then vanished like a limited-edition donut on sale. Poof. Gone. Life was life-ing and swallowed me whole.
Fast forward to mid-2025 , I crawled back, only to discover Ning had LEVELLED UP.
Suddenly there was mat, reformer, spine corrector…
I swear if I stayed missing any longer, she’d have invented a flying Pilates machine.
Thanks to Ning’s saint-like patience, I can now control myself, stop overstretching, and avoid turning every class into a cramp-infested crime scene. And of course, no session is complete without her war cry:
“My abs… my abs… MY ABS!”
The way this line haunts me… I hear it in the shower. In traffic. In my dreams.
Now my days are filled with healthy activities.
Am I skinny? No.
Am I still thick? Absolutely.
Do I feel lighter, bendier, and 87% more fabulous? YES.
And Ning… oh Ning.
This lady deserves a Nobel Prize for her tolerance toward an older student who:
- picks up slowly
- asks a million questions
- gets confused between left and right
- and occasionally freezes mid-movement like a buffering video
Her passion, patience, and “I believe in you even when you look lost” energy is unmatched.
Happy 1st Anniversary, Pilates With Ning.
Here’s to another year of core pain, laughter, and me saying “Ning help I’m stuck” while she calmly whispers:
“My abs… my abs… my abs…”
Farah (December, 2025)
"Coach Ning’s Reformer class begins with deep breathing and is very calm. She teaches us to focus on the target muscles through precise movements.
When I struggle because the exercises are too challenging, she helps me take a moment to breathe so I can complete every movement all the way through, and I can feel the changes in my body every time the session ends."
Dedicated Pilates member (June, 2025)
"Ning is truly the sweetest and kindest Pilates trainer ever."
